Complex care
We promote maximum independence to individuals who choose our services and care. Our commitment is to support adults across the UK living with one or a combination of conditions, which may include learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries or mental health needs. We offer both core and 1:1 support, all of which is designed around the individual needs and wishes of each person by our dedicated and specialist teams.
Supported living
We deliver care and support to adults with learning disabilities, as well as mental health and other complex needs within the Supported Living Service. Our highly experienced expert teams consult with each service user, their family, and the local authority to ensure the very best care and support to achieve the personal aspirations and goals of the individuals who enjoy our service. Our specialist team, led by the registered manager, aims to deliver a genuinely person-centered approach to care.
